The Development Factory is ETG's software factory: every emerging tool, model, and method is evaluated on real production codebases — measured for quality, speed, and cost — before it is offered to a client. What ETG recommends is what ETG has already shipped with.
New tools, models, and methods enter service on ETG's own production codebases — never on client work. The proving ground is real: shipped products with test suites, release pipelines, and users.
Every candidate is measured against the standing baseline: delivered quality, wall-clock speed, and token cost. Parallelism, context architecture, and verification depth are tuned with numbers, not vibes.
What survives becomes standard practice; what doesn't is documented and retired. The result compounds: each proven method raises the floor for everything built afterward.
